How we work

The whole process, before you commit to any of it.

Nine steps from first message to handover. Nothing is signed until scope and terms are written down, and nothing is paid until it is signed.

The nine steps

Scroll through and the timeline follows you. Steps 5 and 8 are the two payment points — there are no others in a standard project.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your project

You share the idea, goals, requirements, timeline, budget range where known, and any existing website, application, content or technical context.

  2. 02

    Requirements and scope

We review the request, ask the questions that matter, and define what the project should include. The goal is to understand the real need before recommending a direction.

  3. 03

    Proposal and agreement

You receive a proposal or agreement describing scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, responsibilities and any project-specific conditions.

  4. 04

    Digital contract signing

Both parties digitally sign the agreement before development begins. It documents scope, payment terms, deliverables, ownership and responsibilities.

  5. 05

    40% upfront payment

    Payment

After signing, you pay 40% upfront. This confirms the project and lets us schedule the work, allocate time and begin planning and development.

  6. 06

    Design and development

We build to the agreed scope. Depending on the project that can include planning, design, frontend, backend, integrations, testing, content setup and deployment preparation, with clear updates along the way.

  7. 07

    Review and approval

When the agreed work is ready you review it and confirm whether it meets the agreed requirements. Revisions follow the terms in the project agreement.

  8. 08

    Final 60% payment

    Payment

After final approval, the remaining 60% is paid according to the agreed terms.

  9. 09

    Handover

You receive the agreed deliverables, which may include the website or application, source code, files, credentials, documentation and deployment details. You can continue with us for maintenance, support and new work.

How payment is split

The same structure on every standard project, published here so there is nothing to discover later. Exact currency, method, due dates and instructions are confirmed in the proposal, invoice or agreement.

40% upfront
Paid after the agreement is signed. It confirms the project so we can schedule the work and start planning and development.
60% on final approval
Paid after you review and approve the agreed work. Handover follows once the final payment is received.

Accepted methods

  • Stripe
  • UAE bank transfer
  • India bank transfer
  • Other agreed methods
  • USDT
  • Litecoin (LTC)

Only send payment to details we have provided for that specific invoice. We do not publish bank or wallet details on this website, and this site does not process payments.

Start at step one

Step one costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Tell us what you are trying to build and we will come back with the questions that decide the scope.
