Why KortzLab
Concrete reasons, not superlatives.
We have no awards to list and no client logos to show you yet. What we can point at is how the work is done, who does it, and what is written down before you pay anything.
Real technical understanding
Someone here can explain every decision in your codebase.
Projects are built by developers who understand the code, the architecture and the user experience behind the work. AI tools may support the process; they do not replace planning, implementation, testing or human review.
- Accessible professional work
Flexible on scope, not careless about quality.
Professional digital work should not be reserved for companies with large budgets. Flexibility here means starting smaller and growing later — not doing the same work to a lower standard.
- Tailored scope
A portfolio and a SaaS platform are not the same project.
Every project starts from your goals, audience, timeline and budget. We recommend the path that fits rather than pushing every request into one package.
- Clear communication
You should always know what is being built and what comes next.
What is included, what is not, and what we need from you. The 40/60 payment structure and the nine-step process are published openly for the same reason.
- Built to grow
Start with the smallest useful version.
You can expand later with new features, automation, support, optimization or a larger platform. Nothing about the first engagement forces the second.
- Quality focus
Handover means you can actually operate what was built.
Responsive design, usability, performance, maintainability and security, followed by a careful handover of the agreed deliverables.
What we will not tell you
You will not find testimonials, star ratings, client counts or logo strips on this site. Not because they would not help — because we do not have them yet, and inventing them is the fastest way to lose the trust we are asking for.
When there is real work we are permitted to publish, it will appear on the projects page with the client named or anonymised, whichever they agreed to.
What you can check
- Both founders publish their GitHub profiles and one publishes a personal site. The links are in the footer and on the about page.
- The full nine-step process is published, including both payment points.
- The terms, privacy policy and refund policy are written out in full rather than summarised.
- This website was built by the same two people who would build yours.
